She walks in the darkness of the night
Hiding and trying to give you a fright
Potions in her cauldron are very hot
They can freeze you to this very spot

Flying in circles around the moon
Run quicky, or she will spy you soon
Flying up high in the sky upon her broom
She loves the mist and dreary gloom

Race as fast as your feet can go
Hurry! Leave this place of woe
The witch is drawing very near
To fill your heart full of dread and fear

A pointy nose to match her hat
She even has a black as night cat
Laughing as she goes,and clicking her heels
Just to hear all the childrens squeals

She can make you see things that aren't there
If you touch them, they will vanish into the air
So take your tricks, and your treats too
For having her scare you, just won't do

Head for home before it turns to midnight
Or else you'll be in for a terrible fright
Are witches real or just some fantasy
Witches are one of Halloween's mysteries
