Built in 1932 for the notoriuos down-river beer baron Joe Tocco. The home at 238 Felice St., in the city of Wyandotte Michigan consists of 2,120 square feet, 1 1/2 baths, a formal dining room, living room with a fireplace, music room and a kitchen. The home is highlighted by it's hardwood floors, sculptured plaster walls and ornate columned archways. Tocco lived in the home at the time of his murder on May 6, 1938. The property sold in 1967 to Mr and Mrs. Chester Nawrocki for $23,500. The couple who over the years has restored the house to it's original splendor was asking $219,000 for the historic home just last year as they hoped to retire to Arizona.
