The nephew of Sam "Mr Jacobs" Finazzo a well respected member of the Detroit partners inner circle. The youth mugshot of Vincent "Jimmy" Finazzo was presented during the Valachi hearings along with a breakdown of his criminal activities and associations in Detroit and Windsor crime circles. Jimmy Finazzo was known to engage in the operation of high stakes games of chance in connection with his uncle and other distant relatives such as the Zerilli and Tocco families. At the time of the hearings Jimmy Finazzo was incarcerated on suspicion of trafficking in narcotics and was facing a long prison term.
