The son of Anthony "The Bull" Corrado, Paul is apart of the legacy of the Detroit Partnership that includes his grandfathers Pietro Corrado and Peter Vitale, his uncle Dominic "Fats", his grand uncle Joseph Zerilli and more recently his older brother Peter Anthony. Paul was named in the 1996 indictment along with 16 other family members and associates which the government claimed made up the fabric of the Detroit crime family. Paul was charged with obstruction of justice after he attempted to secure the vote of a juror in the case of his father and 3 other members of the family. A resident of Grosse Pointe Farms, the 36 year old Corrado avoided jail by pleading guilty to the obstruction of justice charge in exchange for a 6 month sentence in a half way house Corrado had been convicted the previous January for helping Vito Giacalone obtain a secret Internal Revenue Service investigative report. Paul received a letter of support from George Bushnell the former President of the Americain Bar Association that was read before his sentencing by Judge John O'Meara on November 21, 1998.
