My best friend Keisha married a black guy whose name was John. I was not against this though. Her parents did not like this idea. Keisha decided to marry John against her parents wishes. Why should here be so much racial profiling in today's society. I think that everyone should be treated equally no matter their skin color is.

As she left her parents house, they told her that she should never return to their house again. Keisha came to me because I was her only friend. My parents were so mad at Keisha's parents because they were thinking irrational. There are many people in today's society that marry outside their race and it has no effect on other people's lives.

I inquired about what had happened from Keisha's parents and they said that she was going to elope with John. This I thought was not a good idea because if Keisha really loved John then they should not have thought about eloping. It disturbed me to know that my best friend would think about doing such a thing. I told her that I was mad at her for even thinking about doing something like that. She eventually told me the truth and I was kind of happy. I was very happy to know that my friend told me the truth. Her parents told her never to return to their house again because they were mad at her. I took Keisha to her parents home and made her apologise to them for breaking their heart.
