Anti-Filter Essay

I only wanted to go get some information for my history class but access was denied.What is the deal with those filters?I believe that filters are not important.Why should there be limits to what a person can look at?It is not necessary to use filters in our computers because it will be sending the wrong impression to the students.The students would think that they cannot be trusted.I think that everyone should have a right to choose what they want to look at on the internet.In my opinion,the students should be given a right to choose.Students have the responsibility to know what is right from wrong

I strongly believe that the teacher should be the filter.The classroom should be arranged so that the teacher should be able to see all the monitors.The teacher should be able to trust the students.Sex education is taught in schools,so what is the difference if the students read it from hand-outs and read it on the internet.Filtering may block valuable information from the students.The students may want to do research on a certain topic and because of the filter,access would be denied

Proper education,trust and the teacher's supervision should be the only filters used in today's society.It is unconstitutional and takes away the individual's right to choose.
