How Inconsiderate Are You?

Eleanor Roosevelt once said, "When will our conciences grow so tender tat we will act to prevent humana misery rahter than avenge it?" I believe Mrs. roosevelt is rightin saying this because people see, to let misery happen before they take action. We all have had incidents where we hear someone complain and we get angered by what we hear, so we decide totake it into our own hands. However, why didn't we prevent this from happening? Do humans lack the ability to peceive when the actions of others make the people they love miserable?

This quoitation can relate to the world today because the school dropout rate is increasing gradually. the government could have prevented this by creating after-school programs that enrich the mind of a child that is need of a good education. Oud consciences are not perceptive to the feelings of others, but our own. Since we are not considerate of others feelings, we try to get revenge when they are hurt. Yet this doesn't make up for people being self-absorbed.
