At this time I am just trying to build up my academics, have fun and experience as many new things as I can. The most important thing to me right now is to keep doing well in school and to get everything together for senoir year and college.
I get my drive to do better and new things from my family.My mom is brilliant. she keeps me in line without putting too much pressure on me. I have , so far, always made her proud and I can't think of letting her down. My two sisters are currently going to college and workin full time. It is hard but they also have fun and a life. They both encourage me to do the best that I can.
I am in the Academy of Finance and I have tons of opportunities to do new things. Among them have been Career Exploring Programs and volunteer work. I've been to financial establishments such as Merrill Lynch and Deloite & Touche. There is a program that lets students stay at Pace University for a week. These programs take dedication and you have to really want it. I've met alot of new people through these programs.This is another of the many things that drives me.
since I am interested in business, my goal would be to go to a major business college and graduate with my CPA. I want to be a major player in the Financial World. If I continue with my decision to become a CPA I would like to use my skills at one of the major accounting firms such as Price Waterhouse Coopers or Deloite & Touche
