In response to the book "Always running" ,I feel the author Luis J.Rodriguez gave the readers alot of depth and insight into how he grew up as a young hispanic male in a ver tough and dangerous neighborhood in east L.A.

It was somehwta realistic how the author gave countless details on gang life upon hispanic males ,The daily murders due to gang affiliation , shootings , police brutality that he all witnesses while growing up threw the many stages of of life ,shooting ,police brutality that he all witnessed while growning up threw the aflictionet stages of his life.

All those crimes and deaths came close to home mainly because it was his friends and family who were the victims of the horrific crimes.It was also inspiring the way Luis Rodriguez fought threw all the trails and tribulations of his life to succed and get an eduvation and follow his dreams becoming a poet and an award winning one at that.
