The Life Of A Queen
The Life Of A Queen
As of lately, I'm finally finding out what I want my life be like when I get older. I plan to become the most sucessful person I can be. I want to make a life in the graphic design business. Perhaps the events of my younger life have propelled me to become more motivated.
I started off as a young girl who never explored life outside of my Merrick apartment. I lived there for about 7 years before I actually made friends outside of the buildings because my mother never allowed me to be free. All she wanted me to do was stay in the house and study. Books was my life until I discovered the Merrick streets and beyond. Things started to change. Around 6th or 7th grade my shell fell away. I became more rebillous because I never before found so much happiness outside of my bedroom window.
Now that I'm in the 12th grade, I had alot of fun so now my life is changing again. I have friends who back me up and friends who call themselves friends but in real their just people who smile in your face and talk behind your back. I can't help but to think when I graduate, which friends will still be around me and which friends will walk away without a sidewards glance. High school has taught me alot and I thank Jamaica High for showing me the ways of different people and how to overcome different situations.
Maybe after high school, I will truly grow up because being out in the adult world will be no joke. Out of the confines of our high school years, growing up is what we all have to do if we want to actually succeed in this world. I love my life so far and there's nothing I wish to change right now. The life of a Queen is so complicated but she always succeeds.
