Sarah's Memoir

All my life I have always been interested in poetry .The one thing that stands out in my head the most is when I did my first open mike. That is one night that I will never forget because that is the night I gained my confidence about my writing. That night was the first night I realized the beauty of poetry.When I was on stage I realized the way poetry affects the human race.I honestly think that words are a gift of life because it gives us the abilty to comunicate.
