Why we all can't get along
We can't get along because
Society brought us up to
Feel like we are superior than the other
if you think about it
Most people become friends
because we can cope with each other.
Most people become enemies because they start to
become too alike.
Blame it all on society
For why we have war's, why we have Sadie Hawkin's dances,
for why when someone loves another it wasn't meant to be.
Life is a cycle
Did you ever know
That life is a cycle
When we are happy
We can be sad
When we are in love
We hate
When teachers pass you
We also can fail
When we are rich
We also can be poor
This is life...
This is why we have our up's and downs
Life can't get any better
If we are both happy and sad
That is a paradox
If we lie and say that we are happy when we are sad
Then that is the act of being a hypocrite
See, there 's nothing you can do but ask...
Did you ever know that life is a cycle?
I believe
I believe in the sun,
though it is slow in, rising
I believe in you
without realizing
I believe in love
though I don't know what that is
I believe in happiness
though I never feel it
I believe in rain
though there are no clouds in the sky
I believe in you
even though you lie
I believe in peace
though I am always violent
I believe in God
though he is always silent.
I follow my own star
I watch the world
Through curious eyes,
Wonder up at star-filled skies,
And about
The wonderous thing's tomorrow
promises to bring
I keep my secret hopes, and dreams
Tucked far away on bright moon beams,
And out beyond far horizons
I wish upon a shooting star.
I journey to new world's unmet,
For treasures undiscovered,
My dreams take me
Where rainbows are,
When I follow my own star*******
