I enjoyed the House on Mango Street. This book takes a lot of understanding. Sandra Cisneros wrote in a unusual maner. She actually put herself inside of the little girl. She made you live as a middle child of the family. Esperanza talks about her stay on mango street. The author gives great detail and description.
