Cherokee is our new kid on the block.  He is our rising star (we hope) and is our first boy that will stay to live with us.  It will certainly be different having a 'boy' around.  We must thank Barbara and Jim Buchanan immensely for taking such wonderful care of Cherokee whilst we organised the move to our new home on acreage.  Cherokee has been doing well in the show ring, taking out quite a number of Baby of Breed.  He is a gentle boy with the most gorgeous temperament.  Thanks must also go the Liz Buchanan and Kellie Ashdowne for handling Cherokee when I am not able to do so.  Cherokee has been having fun doing luring, tracking and agility and is demonstrating a natural skill for agility and luring.  He is also doing well in tracking.  With his wonderful head, deep red coat and lovely size, he turns heads where ever he goes.  At the National Border Speciality, he, along with sister Ember passed the inital herding tests and gained their titles soon after returning to QLD.

Cherokee is maturing nicely and has the most wonderful soft temperament.  Spending time with grandma Barbara and grandpa Jim has conditioned him with an extra gentleness.

Cherokee will be selectively available (pending hip/elbow scores) for stud to approved girls.  Girls must be CEA/CL DNA tested and hips & elbow scored.
