Shirley's Little Smokies

2 lbs. Hillshire Farm "Lit'l Smokies" smoked sausages
1 16-oz. can pineapple chunks, drained, juice reserved
1  cup brown sugar
2  teaspoons dry mustard
3  tablespoons flour
1  cup pineapple juice (from can of pineapple)
1/2 cup rice vinegar or cider vinegar
1  tablespoon soy sauce

Combine all ingredients except sausages and pineapple chunks in a medium saucepan. Cook, stirring frequently, until sauce comes to a boil and starts to thicken. Add sausages and reduce heat to low. Continue simmering, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes. Skewer pineapple chunks and sausages on toothpicks and serve.
