Streusel Coffee Cake

 

Streusel:

1/2 cup Original Bisquick® baking mix 

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

3 tablespoons butter (firm)

 

Cake:

2 cups Original Bisquick® baking mix 

2/3 cup milk

2 tablespoons sugar

1 egg

 

Preheat oven to 375ºF.  Grease 9-inch round or 8-inch square pan.

 

Using a fork or pastry blender, mix all streusel ingredients in small bowl until crumbly.  Set aside.

 

Stir remaining ingredients until blended.  Spread in pan.  Sprinkle with streusel. 

 

Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
