4 oz. cream
cheese, softened
8 oz. yellow
cheddar cheese, shredded
3 T. butter,
softened
½ clove garlic,
minced
3 T. wine
1 T.
Worcestershire sauce
1 t. Dijon mustard
¼ c. leeks, thinly
sliced (reserve a 3" strip for decoration)
4 slices bacon,
cooked and crumbled
½ c. sliced
almonds
Combine everything except bacon and almonds.
Roll into ball and coat with bacon and almonds.
Plant reserved strip of leek into top of ball like an ornament hook.
Green Ball
4 oz. cream

4-8 marinated
artichoke quarters, chopped
¼ c. + ½ c.
leeks, thinly sliced (reserve a 3" strip for decoration)
Combine everything except ½ cup leeks.
Roll into ball and coat with leeks.
Plant reserved strip of leek into top of ball like an ornament
hook.
