MISFITS BALLOON OUTFIT
This was the first Smashin Fashion to hit eBay. Each was sold by a different seller, though. You can see significant differences between the two. The version on the left is thought to be an earlier design. The main difference is the pink fabric at the ends of the pants. The version on the right is speculated to be a revision of the one on the left, as the lace is more volumous. The culottes are made of the same fabric as 2nd edition Aja's skirt, or the "There Aint Nobody Better" sleeves. It has a lycra pink top accented with black tulle/lace. It is not the same as the lace used for the "You Can't Catch Me" fashion. It has a black velcro closure in the back, and the pants have elastics at the waist and at both ends of the legs. Interestingly, Version 1 sold for more than twice the amount of Version 2, only one month apart. Version 1 is however, considered to be the original, first created of the two.
Version 1: The prototype number is: 609016-01M. This fashion sold for $1223.77 in April, 2006.
Version 2: The prototype number is: 609016-03M. This fashion sold for $485.77 in March, 2006.
