| If I say "I LOVE YOU", would you be okay with that? Words spoken from the heart never to be taken back. If I say "I CARE FOR YOU", would you care for me? Words spoken in their truest form and with sincerity. If I say "I NEED YOU", would you feel that need? Would you need me too just as I need you? If I say "I WANT YOU", would you feel the desire? A heart and love of burning passion, a never ending fire. If I say "I THINK OF YOU", would you know it to be true? Thoughts that make my day complete because they are thoughts of you. If I say "YOU COMPLETE ME", would you understand what I mean? Knowing that you have filled a void in my life that, for too long, has been empty. If I say "YOU PLEASE ME", would you know how hard I laugh? Finding happiness in abundance and wanting it to last. If I say "I HUNGER FOR YOU", would you hold back the reins? Or would you allow the expression of love because you feel the same? If I say "I WANT YOU BY MY SIDE", would you stand by mine? Never letting go until the end of time. If I say "YOU HAVE ME", would you allow me to be yours? Always wanting me and never causing hurt. If I say "I TRUST YOU", would you believe those words? Knowing that I do trust you because with you I have shared my world. If I say "I ACCEPT YOU", for being who you are, Would you be willing to accept me for who I am right from the very start? All these things I say to you now, please know them to be true. I say them because I feel them and I hope that you do too. So if I say "I LOVE YOU", would you be okay with that? | She smiles at me sweetly and that is all I really need. The beauty in her eyes is a beauty I thought was only found in dreams. She came to me at my time of loneliness and despair. Giving to me her sweet affections and her love that shows she cares. She brought her rays of sunshine and put them into my darkened life. She gives me faith; she gives me hope, with her words that are sweet and kind. She fills my life with laughter; she makes my world complete. For her I would give the Heavens above and the oceans and earth beneath. She knows the hurtful pain of deceit and broken trust. She only asks for true affections to be given by a heart that loves. She's been denied the King Of Hearts; she's been dealt a losing hand. She no longer wants the Jokers wild, just true love from an honest man. I know these very same feelings for I have felt them myself. You lose hope in finding Heaven when all you find is Hell. I hope she sees me for the man I am, a man sincere and true. A man who won't give her empty words but allows his affections to be his proof. I may not be able to give her lots of money or lavish her with fancy things, But what I can give to her are all my affections and the true love that they bring. I hope she knows she's the one I want, the one my heart's been missing. I hope she knows I'll give her my truest love with hugs and lots of kisses. |
