Friends...

You can go here to see some pics taken during 2001 Christmas break at the New Year's party. In the group we sometimes have struggles or play fights to pass the time. I have pictures of two of these play fights. The first one is Christie and Schweitzer. Just click here to see pics from this one. The second has Martha and Sanj battling it out. Just check it out for yourself, here. I also have some random group pictures of some of my friends and me hanging out. I have some pictures of the prom from 2002. I'm gonna have some more pics and stuff on here soon, just bare with me. Each link on this page will take you to a diffent set of pictures, so make sure you check them all out.

I am still putting people on this page, if you aren't on here and have a pic of you please send it my way, if you are on here and want to be taken off, just let me know. thanks.

Amanda
Candid shot, as she pours her drink at and gets ready to grab some food. Amanda is a really awesome person and you all should get to know her. I met Amanda in my sophomore year, her junior, and have been friends with her since. She always likes to tell me to "shush", the things I have to put up with sometimes, j/k. She went to MTSU her freshman year of college, but decided to transfer to ETSU for her 2nd year. Glad to have her back in town. She sometimes joins us for racquetball. Now since she lives here in JC again, she can come more often.(hint, hint) She is a very strong Christian, I wish I could be more like her, maybe one day I will. Another pic of Amanda can be seen here.

Christie
Christie looking sweet and innocent, did I just her sanjay make a comment about that being false. lol I met Christie at the end of my sophomore year. She was in a group that some of my other friends would hang out with after school each day. At first I didn't know her that well, but we became pretty good friends. She is on the womens rowing team at UT, where she just started her 2nd year. She is a really cool person to know, just don't try to fight her, especially if she is with Martha, they will both kick your butt with no hesitation. Hopefully we won't lose touch over the years. You can also see pics of Christie fighting Schweitzer, just click here. Another pic of christie can be viewed here.

Daniel J.
Daniel and me chillen at my house after graduation. I met Daniel at the beginning of my senior year, and we became friends pretty quickly. We started a group getting together in the morning before school each morning to eat breakfast, lasted about 3 months. Daniel was always the "Red-headed freak" of the group. He is a really cool guy and is gonna being going to Northeast in the Spring of 2003. He always tries to hang out with everyone and he used to even try and race, the keyword there is try, he drives a 1991 Civic so he didn't go very fast, lol. He finally gave up on racing. We should stay in touch since we are one of the few staying around here for school next year. He is now planning on moving close away this coming fall. Good luck in the future.

Daniel R.
I met Daniel my junior year in chorus. He was a sophomore. We were both Tenor 1's in Hilltop Chorale, we also both played baseball. We got know each other pretty good, and then by then end of the year we knew each quite well. Then my senior year, we were always hanging out together in chorus and then we would also hang out outside of school. He then got a job at Target and so we both worked together. He is a pretty quiet guy, but he's still cool. He is really good at baseball. He is a senior at SHHS this year and is still on the baseball team(quit the team) and is in the Chamber Choir.
Me, Darcie, and Daniel on Activities day.

Darcie
I didn't really get to meet Darcie til my Senior year, when she was in the same physics class as me. I knew her boyfriend, Daniel, for about a year by then. We became pretty good friends, she is probably the quietest person I know, but she is still an awesome person. The only thing is she always wants to apologize for everyone, maybe one day she will listen to me and quit apologizing all the time. Hopefully we will keep in touch and best of luck at SHHS this year and wherever you choose to go for college. She is going to ETSU next year, so she will have to continue to put up with me.

Eric
Eric's senior picture. I have known Eric since I was in the 3rd grade, he was in the 4th. We went to the same elementary school. I lost contact with him in the 5th grade and didn't talk to him until I was a freshman. We started hanging out again in my sophomore year and did so for that year and the next year, but at the end of my junior year, we started having problems and kind of quit talking to each other. We now talk to each other again, not as much as before, but we still talk. He attends UT, but plans on transferring to ETSU his Junior year. Good luck in the future, and hopefully we won't lose touch.

Evan
Evan and me chillen in Chicago. I met Evan in the eleventh grade, I think. We had English together. He was a band nerd, j/k. Senior year we had Goverment/Econ together. Each day we would play cards in class. We became pretty good friends. Also in his senior year he joined chorus, different class, but was still in there. On the chorus trip we were hanging out quite a bit singing "raise up" or at least the first 4 lines, lol. He is a freshman at King College now. He's a really cool guy, if you don't know him, take some time and get to know him. Good luck in the future and hopefully we will keep in touch.

Karrine
Karrine and me in Chicago. I met Karrine during my senior year. She is a junior at SHHS this year and is still in the choir. She is a cool girl, she plays racquetball with us sometimes, if she isn't at work. By the way, she works at Target too, lol. A lot of my friends work there. Anyways, she got her first car this past summer, and as far as I know she likes it. We stayed friends through some crazy stuff happening last year. Part of the group was splitting apart. Thats over now. If you don't know her, you should get to know her. She has a great personality and is very caring.

Kevin
Kevin on graduation day. I have known Kevin since the 7th grade, we met in the choir at Liberty Bell. I have known him since. We have stayed pretty good friends since. He is attending Berry College in Rome, GA. He made All-State choir his junior and senior year as a tenor II. We have shared a lot of memories over the years from all the chorus trips and breakdowns like in ATL to just hanging out on the weekends and here in JC like the one game of football when we, well at least i was, rolling around on the ground trying to get the ball. Kevin also has a website, just go to the "Links" page and go from there. You can check out Kevin's awesome car on his site and learn some stuff about him, if you don't know him. He's a cool guy, hopefully we will stay in touch over the years.

Lauren
Lauren and me after graduation. I met Lauren a few years ago, not sure when though. She was a really good friend of Kevin's and one day Kevin, Lauren, one of Lauren's friends, and me went bowling and to lunch, I think I was a sophomore then. I didn't really know her that well. Then my Junior year I got to know her more, she was in choir, as was I. She has a very pretty voice and I believe it will take her very far in life. She has a great personality too. We haven't hanged out that much together, but the time we have I have enjoyed it. Best of luck in the future and don't forget everyone when you become famous.

Marcus
Marcus not paying attention to the camera. I met Marcus at Target. We were and still are employed by Target. I met him in my junior year, he had already graduated from a high school in Texas. We started hanging out quite a bit and became really good friends. He isn't a very loud person, but neither am I, but it seemed like we talked quite a bit. At the time the group's favorite hangout was Laser Storm, one of like 3 things to do here in Johnson City. I finally talked him into going with a group of us and then he ended up going back with us about every weekend. We used to hang out all the time, but here lately between our work schedules it kind of died down a little. I have not plans of losing him as a friend tho. He is still going to be living around here, so I don't have to worry about losing touch. He moved and I haven't heard anything from him since.

Martha
Marcus Martha caught up in the PS2. I have known Martha since the end of my sophomore year, I met her the same way I met Christie. She goes to Clemson in SC and is starting her 2nd year there. She may look sweet, but she can kick your butt easily, just look at what happened to Sanjay, here. She is really cool and I have enjoyed getting to know her. It was loads of fun hangning out with her and the rest of her friends, they were always meeting do go play some sport or watch some movie, or just hang out. She spent most of this last summer away at school, but everyone will have to get together for christmas break. Good luck in the future.

Megan
Megan and me after graduation. I met Megan my junior year. She was in Hilltop just like me. We didn't talk much in person, but online we were really good friends. Then my senior year we went to prom together. After some certain situations went on, it seemed that our friendship was stronger. I am definately glad everything worked out. She is a really sweet girl and I almost got into a fight trying to protect her. People don't mess with my friends without having to hear from me. Megan is a senior this year at SHHS and is still in choir. Everyone should get to know her. Best of luck in the future, I know we will keep in touch, just remember to quit stressing so much about school.

Meredith
Meredith and me after graduation, not sure what was wrong with me. I met Meredith towards the end of my senior year. She laughs at just about everything, or at least everything I say, maybe that is because I'm weird. Anyways, I don't know her that well, but she is a lot of fun to hang out with, as far as I know. She was in the Chamber Choir last year and again this year. I met her during the Springala this past year. Everyone should get to know her. She is a really strong Christian, I don't know about you but I could handle being a stronger Christian. Anyways, best of luck in the future and keep in touch.

Patrick
Patrick and Marcus just relaxing at my house after graduation. I met Patrick in the 7th grade. We were both in chorus. We have been friends since. We have both been in chorus each year since the 7th grade. With each year of knowing him we have became better friends. He has always been there when I needed him. He is going to Furman this year for college, he has no clue what he is gonna study. Everyone should get to know him, he is a great guy. Good luck in the future and keep in touch.

Sanjay
Sanjay just finished putting away some serious pizza. I met Sanjay at the beginning of my Junior year, he was a senior and parked beside Eric, who I bummed a ride off of along with kevin each day. We started hanging out and became good friends. At the end of his senior year he got a job at Target, so he and I worked together. He then went off to GT for college. After his first year was over he came back up here for the summer and it seemed that we ended up at his house almost every weekend hanging out. I would usually be the planner of the group and he would be the provider of the place. We also had the New Year's party at his house. He was also one of the racquetball players. Hopefully we won't lose touch and good luck in the future. Go here to see some pics of Sanj and Martha going at it. You can also see a pic of Sanj here

Schweitzer
Tries to flash a smile for the camera after being caught off gaurd. Schweitzer is an awesome dude. I didn't really get to know him til the middle of the summer after my junior year. Then he left for college. He attends Saint Loius University. He came back for christmas break and then again for the summer. During this last summer it seemed that either I would recieve a call from him or I would call him each week trying to plan something for the weekend. We succeeded at hanging out about every weekend. He always has been easy going and is up for whatever. Good luck in the future and keep in touch. You can also see some pics of him fighting with Christie here.
