The Saga Begins, the plan was to go and get the promtional year long pass. What actualy happened was story that had to be told to everyone.
First off I had to get Dad to let me borrow the Conversion Van that we have, it is the difinitive travel van. It has everything two TV's, two VCR's, Playstaion, Super Nintendo, power seats, twenty speakers, cd changer, you know everything. So after repeated beging he lets me take the van. everything is fine so far I got the transportation and the rest of the group were going to foot the bill for the restof the trip. I picked up Mark (on time) then we went to pick up Nicole and the fun begins. Nicole like every woman before her, is never ready on time. In her defense it was fortuitous for us because Tom did not get off till later. We get to movie theater that Tom works at, and we get the ice for the cooler. Tom like every woman before him, is never ready on time. So this throws our time table off big time by almost an hour. After we get Tom we move the the next step of the trip FOOD. We stoped at Publix and filled up on snack foods, drinks and something for dinner. This trip is also the first apperance of the squirt cheese filled 3d doritos.
Now on the road I think to my self we are set Me driving, Mark the brains as Co-Pilot, and Nicole & Tom for the entertanment. I got the map with the route drawn out on it. So by now it is dark, and we are approaching Belle Glade. We are making good time so far. |
