The pressure in my heart is hard to relieve.
Humiliation is hard to accept.
And though I know I’m right and he is wrong,
Thou hast held my tongue abound.
And with this I am comforted;
And though it is still hard to forgive, at least my conscience is clear for now…
A weight so hard laid on my chest.
But only placed there as a test.
A test for you to soon forsee,
I if I shall give it all to thee.
I am a soul all black with sin.
But Jesus Christ has come within.
And though at times, I still feel condemned
You bring my sufferings to an end.
Thank you.
