When it came time for me to do the 'fro I realized that this was my first black custom. I think my second effort on the Falcon came out better but I'm happy how it turned out. I always thought Power Man was really a cool character - a superhero with an office. It seemed more realistic, somehow.     The base is a Captain America from the Capcom 2-pack. I shaved off his wings and added Sculpey for the shirt sleeves, collar, fists, muscle enhancements, hair and African-American facial features. The chain belt is from a Sabertooth with Wild Child figure. The paint is Testor's and the sealer is matte Mod Podge, except for the metal bands which I used glossy on.
