Dan “Jao” Cadiao
The silver front pannel of the tricycle reflected the sunlight and temoporarily blinded Dan “Jao” Cadiao, and he nearly smashed his car into an electric post. Luckily, he had his girlfriend beside him, Simianna d’Golgo, who was as quick to act as to detect what could possibly be a very expensive vehicular damage. Elbowing Dan “Jao” Cadiao free off the steering wheel, she was able to actually steer the car away from the post, and it safely halted on an unfenced vacant lot by the side of the national highway.
As soon as it was safe to remove his safety harness and open the door, Dan “Jao” Cadiao stepped out of the car and threw such verbal assault upon the tricycle driver as has never been heard in that place before.
Bystanders, pedestrians, and other motorists alike were shocked by what they’d heard. All activity stopped for ten complete seconds just for everybody to try to take in the words that had been so mercilessly spitted out.
A lot were so damaged by the ruthlessness of it, they broke down on the spot. Worst affected of all were the children. Nothing of their life experience so far had prepared them for such a day as this, and such harsh words from an angry man who had barely escaped injury and an expensive vehicular repair.
Unfortunately for everybody that fine Tuesday afternoon, the intended recepient of all those verbally abusive language—the tricycle driver—was not able to hear a syllable of what Dan “Jao” Cadiao had spoken, for not only was his motorized vehicle’s engine louder, his vehicle was also speeding away, faster, it seeemed, than sound travelling in air.
