Split Decisions

Chapter 2: My Miyako

The Ivymon, hearing his command, dug another hole underground, leaving X-Veemon and Daisuke dumbfounded.
"Hey! Where did they go? Don't be a chicken! We were winning!"
"What if this is a trick?" Takeru said, worriedly, "Patamon! You'd better Digivolve too- Digi Armour Energize!" ~Digivolving sequence~ "Patamon Armour Digivolve to... Pegasusmon! Flying Hope."
Gatomon, Hawkmon, and Armadillomon also Digivolved after that.
They stood around waiting for awhile. Miyako, still in her thoughts didn't notice the shadow creeping over her. The other Digi Destined who were looking forward, not backward, didn't see the vine carefully wrapping it around Miyako's slim waist. When Miyako finally felt the ivy around her, she screamed.
"Help!" Halsemon gasped in his Digimon way. "Don't worry Miyako- I'll save you!" But the Ivymon had dug another hole underground. Miyako faintly heard Armadillomon calling an attack, but the soil filled her breathing systems quicker than anyone would imagine. Almost after two minutes, she fell unconscious.
~The Kaiser's Control Room~
What is taking the damn Ivymon so long? The Kaiser thought impatiently. I doubled the Spiral Power on their Dark Rings just for this purpose! Then he heard some rumbling, then a brushing sound. "Master..." Finally. He typed a command into the computer, "Wormmon! Go and fetch the purple-headed girl over here!" Wormmon, who was in the corner, slightly shivering, came out into the screen light. "What purple-headed girl, Master?"
"Go into the Plant Room, and get the girl you useless Worm!" Yelled the Kaiser, brining his whip out and lashing it, causing Wormmon to jump and quickly, scurrying away. "Finally." The Kaiser said aloud. "What I wanted to be mine, will finally be mine."
~Miyakos POV~
"H-huh?" I woke up to feel myself in a soft, silky bed, wearing clean feeling clothes(A/N No, the Kaiser did NOT change her clothes, another FEMALE Digimon slave did that...more with that later on). I was slightly drowsy, and wanted to sleep more, but my curious cells wouldn't allow it.
"W-where a-am I?" I mumbled weakly. My voice was quiet, whispery and hoarse, and slightly choked up.
"So finally, you decided to wake up." A powerful, strong, and very-sure-of-it voice said. I jumped a little, but being to weak, I really couldn't jump. "Miyako." I heard a silky whisper, and a soft touch brushing my hair. I sighed quietly in content, closing my eyes. I could feel adoring eyes on me. Since I was only half awake, I didn't know. I didn't know that the comforting voice came from the bloodthirsty Kaiser.
~Kaisers POV~
She was an absolute Angel. From her soft strands of silky lavender hair, to her sweet, comforting caramel-honey eyes. I saw her contentedly closing her eyes, and falling back into her peaceful sleep. Her half-open eyes closed, revealing her silky lashes, covering her eyes like a satin curtain. Murmuring her name over and over, I gently- ever so gently, stroked her cheek, her soft silky skin.
"My Miyako." I whispered. Then I heard a small skittering sound of tiny claws. "Master, the Digi Destined are here," Wormmons shaky voice said. The Kaiser snapped out of his thoughts. "So they are, I knew they would be soon enough."
~Miyakos POV~
I was dreaming. I was in a place full of mists and a dark light was at the end of what I was looking at, a invisible runway. "Hello? Is anyone there?" I asked softly. "Anyone?" I walked on ahead, as the soft breeze blew on my hair. "Hello?"
"Miyako..." I heard a soft, husky, silky, and very luring whisper call. I continued to walk toward the sound. "Who are you? Where are you? What are you?" I called. Then giggling inside, I tried to squint farther on ahead, but the blurriness of the mists didn't allow it. "Miyako..."
"Come out!" I ordered, then stopped. Did I really want a raving lunatic to come out? But maybe it wasn't a lunatic, just a crazy guy all the same...maybe an axe murder or something...
I began to walk faster and faster until I was running. Quicker...and quicker...toward the black hole. "Where are you!?" I called. "Come out!" My voice seemed to echo around, never endingly. As the whispers of my name still held in place.
"My Miyako..." I stopped. The voice sounded vaguely familiar, yet I couldn't pin-point it exactly.
"Who are you?" I kept calling, and running, but I never got any closer.
