As Sailor Moon, she is the most powerful Sailor Scout. That is, whenever she chooses to fight. She was the first Scout to be discovered by Luna.
During the Silver Millennium, she was the daughter of the ruler of the Moon Kingdom, Queen Serenity, and the heir to the throne. She was engaged to Prince Endymion of Earth, but she and Endymion, not to mention everyone else, was killed during the war with Queen Beryl. Her mother send her spirit to be reborn in the present as the daughter of the Tsukino family, the mother being her late husband’s sister.
Usagi is a crybaby and a ditz, plain and simple. But, when push comes to shove, she can be just as tough and determined as you could ever want in a friend and an ally. She is a kind and trusting person, though she can occasionally be slightly pushy and sometimes she tends to whine and cry to try and get what she wants. Other than that, how can you not love her?
After Usagi and Mamoru learned of their idenities and of their relationship in their past lives, the two have renewed their love for each other in this life as well. Their love for each other has taken some hard turns, such as when Mamoru was brainwashed into serving Beryl as Endymion, or after the final battle when he had lost his memory again and he and Usagi were being pursued by Natsumi and Seijuro, respectively, but their love for each other has endured. Of course, fighting against the evil forces that constantly try to take over or destroy the Earth and/or Universe would tend to put a damper on things. Well, who said fighting evil would be easy?
Currently, Usagi has a house guest by the name of Tsukino Usagi, otherwise known as Chibiusa to avoid confusion between the older and younger Usagi. This young pink-haired girl, who looks remarkably similar to Usagi, has come from the future since her home is under attack by the Black Moon family. Chibiusa has developed a huge crush on Mamoru, much to Usagi’s ire. Soon after her arrival, Mamoru had broken up with her for reasons unknown, but is now back together with the one he loves. She, along with Tuxedo Kamen and the other Sailor Scouts, have all vowed to protect Chibiusa from the Black Moon family until she can safely return to her mother in the future. Now, if only Chibiusa wasn’t such a brat at times….
Sailor Moon’s items:
Her transformation brooch is what allows her to transform into Sailor Moon. Her new brooch now holds the Silver Crystal, after the old one had been destroyed.
The Disguise Pen is an item that allows her to take on any disguise that she needs.
The Crescent Moon Wand is an item used to heal people who have been turned into monsters. The Crescent Moon Wand is currently missing, presumed to be lost at the site of the last battle with Queen Beryl.
The Moon Scepter is a tool that was given to her by her mother, Queen Serenity, to help her fight her enemies.
She has a communicator which allows her to call the others when needed. Her new communicator is shaped as a wristwatch.

Moon Prism Power, Make Up: This transforms Usagi into Sailor Moon. This transformation phrase worked with Sailor Moon’s previous brooch.
Moon Crystal Power, Make Up: This transforms Usagi into Sailor Moon. This transformation phrase works with Sailor Moon’s current brooch.
Moon Tiara Action: Sailor Moon removes her tiara, which then changes into a discus, and throws it at an enemy.
Moon Power: Usagi says this, then tells the Disguise Pen what disguise she wants to change into.
Moon Healing Escalation: Sailor Moon says this while holding the Crescent Moon Wand in order to heal people who have been turned into monsters.
Moon Princess Halation: Sailor Moon says this while holding the Moon Scepter to fire a blast of energy at an enemy.
