Summary: Slayers divides into three seasons, the original series, Next and Try. The story is basically about a young sorceress Lina Inverse and her adventure with a bunch of yahoos. Lina goes around traveling doing jobs (out of her own interest) and is always in search for something that in the wrong hands other wise could destroy the world. It's hard to summarize the series; the first season has to do with a kind of philosopher's stone. We meet up with charcters such as Gaury, Amelia and Zelgadis... and the villans of course. The second season continues with all of these characters and new ones such as Martina and Zellos (whom you don't know which side he is on) and their search for the Clair Bible. The last season deals with the battle among Golden Dragon's and Ancient ones and their race to stop an evil entity from entering the world. We meet with a new character Filia, a golden dragon, who has asked for the help of Lina to stop this from happening. There are also about four movies that take place before the series with mainly two characters, Lina (of course) and Naga (as powerful as Lina but is an idiot who likes to swing her breasts around and has a haunting laughter. Ah! don't forget the specials also.
