Boys be.. "Tender Cherry-Blossoms" Ep. 1 So they ate dinner together, then Chiharu commented on Kanzaki's sister's cooking. "What a fine daughter you are! Kyoichi, make sure you marry her!" Chiharu had her eyes wide opened but Kanzaki covered it by asking for more rice. His sister told him to get it himself. So he went to the kitchen, while the girls rambled about Chiharu's breasts, and that she's growing to be a woman soon! Again, poor Kanzaki can't help but stares. While the girls giggled, Chiharu's shorts accidently got spilled from the soup. So she went to get changed, then as she was thanking her for the clothes she borrowed, Kanzaki's sister told her she could keep it. "It's small for me now." "Getting a little chubby, aren't we?" Kanzaki cracked a joke but of course his sister definitely didn't like it. She told him to walk Chiharu home. So they did, and then when they was walking, on a bridge- "Kyoichi, is there someone you like, right now? Anyone?" She asked. But Kanzaki hesitately said no. Chiharu said that it was because she was talking about boys with her friends and was just wondering. Then she told him he can go back to his house. She then take her scrunchies off, letting her hair down. Of course Kanzaki stares. "Tonight, it's kind of chilly out here. This way, it's a bit warmer around my neck. Anyway, good night!" And away she went, with slow motion on her hair. Kanzaki stand there being wowed by her. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ At school, Chiharu is practicing again, and then is called by her teacher, Sorimachi. "Can.. we talk?" He asked. (FYI, he is hot and is senior!) ~~~~~~~~~~~~ At the rooftop in the school building, Makoto go on and on about his girls' information. Then Kanzaki shut him up by telling him about Chiharu. "Nitta?! Are you serious?" Makoto is shocked. "So you like her." Kenjou said. "I guess if I didn't like her, she wouldn't be my childhood friend. Well, I care about her." "That's not love, just misjudged feelings." Makoto explained and told him that he should confess. So they went downstairs, to the ground. Makoto kept on about how to approach her and confess but Kanzaki told him that he won't confess. While this is happening, Sorimachi and Chiharu is talking and it's no audio- it look as if Sorimachi is confessing his feelings to Chiharu. Then Makoto, Kenjou, and Kanzaki arrived on the scene. "Nitta!" Makoto saw her, then Chiharu looked at the boys and she ran away. Sorimachi gave the boys a look before going after her. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ At his house, in his room- Kanzaki is depressed on how Sorimachi is hot and knew that Chiharu will pick him because he's just darn hot and is into track. As you know, Kanzaki can't really run, so he thinks he can't win against him. "Chiharu's shorts is cleaned, so can you return it tomorrow at school?" Kanzaki's sister entered his room and put the shorts on his desk. "What are you thinking?!" He can't bring himself to bring a girl's shorts to school. And he got up, and ran out of the house- until he stopped in a street. He gasped for breathe, thinking about the situation. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ Next day, he is walking to school through the cherry blossom trees when he hear a running footsteps. It was Chiharu. She kept on running, past him in slow-motioned. Kanzaki looked at her while she ran away. Later after school, Kanzaki make other attempt. "I've found the CD." Kanzaki said, but Chiharu run away again! ~~~~~~~~~~~~ At home, Kanzaki work on his painting because Chiharu is on his mind! How sad, so he went out on his balcony to think but happened to see Chiharu on the ground. Then Chiharu told him if he's still in slump about the painting, then they could go see some cherry blossom trees. And so Chiharu and Kanzaki looked at some cherry blossom trees, while she talked. "You're quiet, I don't like this." She sighed. "You two looked good together." And he went on about how he is better than himself for her. Then Chiharu asked his height and found out she is only an inch under him. Then Chiharu revealed that she and Sorimachi is only friends. "Well, let's go get your Misao Soup shorts." Kanzaki smiled. "Well then, let me borrow that CD, too." Chiharu smiled, then Kanzaki walked away. Chiharu chased up and grabbed his hand. Kanzaki gasped, but both smiled and walked to Kanzaki's house. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ The painting is now completed with petals blowing away along with a girl standing, that resembles Chiharu. back
