RECIPES

Here a some recipes that my Cyber sisters have kindly donated to me to print on my site.

IMPOSSIBLE PIE (DESSERT)

1/2cup plain flour
1 cup  sugar
2 cup  milk
2 tsp  vanilla
1/2cup butter/melted
4      eggs
1 cup  coconut

* Mix all together in oven-proof dish
* Cook in oven 150 degrees celcius for one hour.

(It is called impossible as it results in a baked custard dessert
with three layers).  Delicious served with tinned fruit and maybe
cream or ice-cream.  Lovely cold as well.

Fish Cakes

1 pkt instant potato mix (serves 4)(The one with onion is yummy)
I tin of tuna or salmon
1 cup rolled oats
1 egg
couple of splashes of worchestshire sauce
couple of splashes of lemon juice
Breadcrumbs

Make up the potato as per directions
Add all the other ingrediants
Make into balls and roll in breadcrumbs
If you have time, chill for a short time
Heat some oil in a fry pan and fry til golden
Delicious with sweet chilli sauce

I usually make up a packet of pasta'n'sauce or one of those packet rice things and make a salad.

If you plan ahead, cook extra potatoes the night before to use instead of the instant.
