KINGSBURY, GREAT ASBL COMISH, LEAVES LEAGUE
Matt Kingsbury, commissioner of the ASBL since 1996, has left the league due to personal problems. In an email addressed to the league Matt stated he was sorry he had to leave on such short notice and that his life had become too difficult lately to continue on as commissioner of the ASBL. He has given his team, the Knoxville Smokies, to Eddie Inslow to own. James Riquelme will temporarily take on the commissioner duties until a full time commissioner has been decided on. The league is losing one of the classiest commissioners a simulation baseball league could have. We all hope that things get better really soon for Matt and that we'll be seeing his return to the league very shortly.
