When U fear Death
A time
to be born and a time to die, a time to plant and a time to
uproot. Ecclesiastes 3:2.
Precious in the sight of the Lord is the
death of his saints. Psalm 116:15.
Since the children have flesh and blood,
he too shared in their humanity so that by his death he might
destroy him who holds the power of death--that is, the devil--
Hebrews 2:14,15.
But it has now been revealed through the
appearing of our Savior, Christ Jesus, who has destroyed death
and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel.
2 Timothy 1:10.
The last enemy to be destroyed is
death."Where, O death, is your victory? Where, O death, is
your sting?" The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin
is the law. But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through
our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:26,55-57.
If we live, we live to the Lord; and if we
die, we die to the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to
the Lord. Romans 14:8.
Even though I walk through the valley of
the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me;
your rod and your staff, they comfort me. Psalm 23:4.
Who shall separate us from the love of
Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or
nakedness or danger or sword? Romans 8:35.
