When You are Persecuted

For whoever wants to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for me and for the gospel will save it. Mark 8:35.

Blessed are you when men hate you, when they exclude you and insult you and reject your name as evil, because of the Son of Man. Luke 6:22.

If the world hates you, keep in mine that it hated me first. John 15:18.

So do not be ashamed to testify about our Lord, or ashamed of me his prisoner. but join with me in suffering for the gospel, by the power of God. 2 Timothy 1:8.

Do not be surprised, my brothers, if the world hates you. 1 John 3:13.

He chose to be mistreated along with the people of God rather than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a short time. Hebrews 11:25.

That is why, for Christ's sake I delight in weakness, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong. 2 Corinthians 12:10.
