When You Need Comfort

The eternal God is your refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. He will drive out your enemy before you, saying, "Destroy him!"    Deuteronomy 33:27.


Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.      Psalm 23:4.


For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle and set me high upon a rock.     Psalm 27:5.


For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favour lasts a lifetime; weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.     Psalm 30:5.


Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous fall.      Psalm 55:22.
