Knowing the Holy Spirit as you
helper
And
I will ask the Father, andhe will give you another Counselor to be with
you forever- The Spirit of truth. The World cannot accept him, because
it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with
you and will be in you.
John 14:16,17.
But
the Counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will
teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.
John 14:26.
Peter
replied, "Repent and be baptized, everyone of you, in the name of
Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the
gift of the Holy Spirit." Acts 2:4,18,38.
Don't
you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives
in you? 1 Corinthians
3:16.
Do
you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you,
whom you have received from God? You are not your own.
1 Corinthians 6:19.
Therefore
I tell you that no one who is speaking by the Spirit of God says, "Jesus
be cursed," and no one can say, " Jesus is Lord," except by the Holy Spirit.
1 Corinthians 12:3.
I
would like to learn just one thing from you: Did you receive the Spirit
by observing the law, or by believing what you heard? Are you so foolish?
After beginning with the Spirit, are you now trying to attain you goal
by human effort?
