When GAP was just a young company, struggling to keep up in the 1990's, they found someone who loved khaki pants.  Adolf Hitler was a long time wearer of khakis and other clothing that is similar to what GAP sells.  An employee thought this would be a great ad campaign.  They made this one rare ad before the employee was shot and killed while walking to his San Diego home.
