| Ruby: konnichi wa minna! Do you like the american version of Card Captor Sakura? I think it's okay, but the japanes version is much better in my opinion. But there are somethings in the american version that are just downright WRONG! Here are some of them I have listed. |
| 1. You all do know that Li is Syaoran's last name... right? WELL APPARANTALLY NOT!!!!!!!!!! The stupid editors made Li his first name, even though we all know that it's Syaoran! Ugh!!!!!!!!!! I hate it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 2. How in the world do you change the name Yukito to Julian?!?!?! I mean Julian is a nice name, and all that, but it's not even close to Yukito! I'm just glad they didn't change Yue's name. Cause if they did, it probalby would've been like-like-like what-ever terrible names they come up with! 3. I don't understand why they changed the theme songs! I have the first two opening songs, and I almost died from the kawaiiness in the first one, and I fell in love with the second one..... BUT NO!!!!!! THEY HAD TO CHANGE IT!!!!!!!!!! *screams in frustration* I DON'T GET WHY THEY CHANGED IT!!!!!!!!!!!! IT'S JUST NOT FAIR!!!!!!!! okay, I'm calm... really..... I am..... 4. I hate the way the american version pronounces Sakura! At least they could of pronounced the name of the MAIN CHARACTER right! But no! They pronounced it sah-kur-ra.... when it's really supposed to be Sah-ku-ra!!!!!!! 5. Did you change names like Tomoyo to Madison? WELL YA DID IF YA EDITED CCS!!!!!!! It's just wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!! The name Tomoyo is nothing like Madison! But do the editors care? No! They think it's great, while we all think it sux!!!!!!! *tries to calm herself down* okay, breath, in *inhales*, breath out *exhales*, breath in *inhales*, breath ou- OH FORGET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!! 6. Okay, lets think about this for a second..... WHAT THE **** IS UP WITH THE NAME AIDEN AVELON?!?!?!?! I mean, his name is Kinomoto Fujitaka, but no, they had to change it to AIDEN AVELON! AND I COULD CARE LESS IF I SPELLED IT WRONG!!!!!! Okay, calm down.... calm down.... ugh! Whatever! *stomps off* 7. Ugh! I'm really really mad! (like you couldn't tell) That's why I made this page! So I can put all of my anger with the american Card Captor Sakura season here! Anyhows, the american season only has like HALF of the original episoeds! Can you believe it!? The american series only has HALF the episoeds! I mean, at least the Canadian seasons have more!!!!! And what's with switching the episoeds around? I think that the episoeds were just fine the way they were! But the editors of CCS didn't think so, so they RUINED THE WHOLE ANIME!!!!!!!!!!! They put the first episoeds in part of the american *second* season! It's just wrong I tell ya! JUST PLAIN WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, I'm calm... I'm calm.... I'm ca-...... UGH! I'M NOT CALM!!!!!!!!!!! 8. I just can't believe they cut out sooooooo many episoeds! And you know what? You see, I think that the japanese version of Sailor Moon is also nice, but what they did to it in the american series was wrong! But.... it wasn't as bad as CCS! AT LEAST THEY DIDN'T CUT OUT HALF OF THE EPISOEDS IN THE AMERICAN VERSION OF SM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
