Memorial Service in the U.S. was held on Thurday June 15, 2000 at 12:00 Noon. Services were held at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy where Jason graduated from their Integrated Program and went on to instruct Music Theory. Thank you to those who were able to attend and to those who sent their blessings.

June 18, 2000i just wanted to say that jason provided me with more joy than he ever quite
knew. i guess no one will ever know how old he was. he never told us, no
matter how hard we asked...jason, thank you for sticking up for the asians
and for never giving up on those sailor suits.

June 24, 2000Jason-I can't even begin to tell you what you meant to me. You were the
funniest person I knew. I thank God for the time we were able to spend
together. You are so dear to me. I would give anything to see you smile
again or to hear you laugh one more time. I never fully grasped how
much you meant to me as a friend until you were gone. I guess you never know what you have until you lose it. You are in my thoughts and prayers and I will never forget you. I hope you knew how much you meant to me and how thankful I was that you were my friend. You were so loved by so many. You were a gift and I will forever be thankful for you. I know we will all see
each other again some day but it hurts to to know that it may be a while. I hope where ever you are, you are happy, and you know that you will never be forgotten and you are loved. I'll see you some day, I promise.

Jason, your legacy lives on. I officiated a Jewish wedding last month wearing your old yarmulke. It was rediculous and sublime. You would have been proud. Or laughed. Probably the second one. A lot. I can almost hear you laughing now...
