So, think your site has the right stuff to win this award? Well, let's find out then, shall we? The things it needs to have are:
1. over 200 people on your counter
2. more than 4 things to do
3. Must be anime related
4. not too many broken links (if any)
5. at least one award won for your site (but not required)
6. overall good layout.
7. Signing my guestbook would help too
