Republican commemoration of Spanish Civil War

I've found this note on the memorial in Milltown cemetery, Belfast, March 2006.

Brian Keenan is a senior member of the Republcian Movement in Ireland and he spoke at the unveiling of a plaque to the volunteers who fought on the Republican side in the Spanish Civil War. He recounts the story of the war, and the historical context in Spain and in Ireland. (more)

I haven't found any newspaper reports of the ceremony, but Ciaran Og, a member of the International Brigades Commemoration Committee, filmed this video and has put it onto YouTube. The full version lasts about 25 minutes. Thanks to him for making this documentary available.
