If you read the front page, then you know this update is special. It not only marks the 3 year anniversary of this site, but it will also be the last regular update I make. Frankly, just I don’t have the interest I did 3 years ago. I still love anime as much as I did three, six, even nine years ago (I think I love it even more now), but with the Inuyasha TV series being long over (since 9/13/04), my interest in that series has waned (but don’t freak out! I do still like it!). The bottom line is, I just don’t have the motivation to update regularly anymore. Rather than let the site slowly die, I think it’s better to just officially say, “it’s done.” I really can’t express how grateful I am for all of your support and encouragement over the last three years. Thank you so much for every complimentary e-mail, every guestbook entry, every fanart submission, every poll idea suggestion, and just for visiting, too. I’m also thankful for the people I’ve been able to get to know. I’ve had some great conversations with some great people, all thanks to this site. Inuyasha Images started out small, but all of the wonderful support and appreciation really pushed me to build the site up to what it is today. It’s certainly not the fanciest Inuyasha site there is, but I’m proud of the content it offers. With well over 1,000 images total, it’s one of the largest Inuyasha galleries out there. And I’ve added extra content over time too…humor, fanart, etc…again, this was all thanks to the encouragement I received from visitors. Although I won’t be updating anymore, I still encourage you to e-mail me as freely as before. I’ll be keeping the same e-mail address, and all the mail will still come to me. I do read it all…the good and the bad. To my utter shock, it’s been overwhelmingly positive. I can’t tell you how many times I was having a bad day, only to open my inbox and be cheered up by a newly arrived e-mail from a visitor to this site. I’m always glad to hear that you were able to find an image you’ve been searching for, or that you laughed really hard at one of the Maury stories, or just that you enjoyed the site.
