98 was a great year for Norwegian black metal. This one was the best of them all! Nexus polaris is fantastic. Progressive black metal at is best. Nagash growls like a god, Astennnu and Blackheart does a brilliant job on the guitar,Sverd makes so fucking much atmosphere with his keyboard, Hellhammer are better than ever and Sahra jezebel diva ings like the woman in my life! This one is one of the best fucking black metal albums ever!
Covenant also won the Norwegian Spellemannsprisen for this album!
