May 10, 2000 and got his wings on June 15 , 2000

On May 10, 2000 at 9:17am and 9:18am Amy, gave birth to twins Adrian Lucas and Alayna Lauriana Haga.

Adrian Lucs Haga died on June 15, 2000 of Hyaline Membrane Disease.

Adrian left behind his twin sister, Alayna, an older brother, John, a loving mother and father, grandparents, aunts, uncles, and dear friends who loved him.

Our family takes one day at a time and we thank God for giving us Adrian, even for such a short time. I believe we come to this life to accomplish a goal and maybe Adrian's was to let more people know about this disease, so others can be saved.

Adrian was and is loved so much and he will be in our hearts and lives forever, until we meet him again.
