The fractal movie obtained here was created to work in most personal computers that have standard capabilities. Thus Macintosh or Standard Windows (95-98-Me-XP etc) should allow viewing.  It has been compressed using the ancient Indeo32 codec which works with QuickTime or Microsoft Media Players (as well as others). I include this movie format for the majority of web-surfers who are running standard computer setups. There is a link below for one of my movies that uses a more modern format, DivX4, with instructions (not for Macs). The movie on this page is downloaded by clicking on the picture. If, given the choice, it is better to save the file to your hard-drive for later viewing. By right clicking you should be presented with the choice of saving the target or the link to your hard drive. Often, when clicking on the above image to begin downloading, a blank browser page appears with a count down running in the bottom left (Internet explorer) while Netscape may activate the default media player which then may sit idle for several minutes until the file has finished loading. If your browser, upon loading, presents you with a  still image ... right click on the image and choose "Play". Also, be aware that the movie file is almost 12 megabytes in size. If you don't have a broadband connection , this may be best downloaded as you sleep or do other work. If you wish to download it as you work....I suggest you "right click" on the image and open it in another window, which then can be minimized to allow work elsewhere.

  Other technical hints... if error messages immediately pop up... simply hitting reload or refresh usually corrects the problem.
