1. You can use a dollmaker but make sure it follows the theme and YOU made it.
2. You have to have a site.
3. Your site doesnt have to be a doll site it can be a personal site BUT I DONT WANT NE KIND OF UNAPPROPRIATE SITES!!!
4. The doll can be made by hand or it can be scanned .. and a dollmaker. But make sure if you use a dollmaker you give me the link to the doll maker you used. Or if u have a handdrawn give me the link of the site of the base you used.
5. You will email me (alicia786@hotmail.com) And send me your site link, site name, your name, your email, and you will attatch or send me the link of your doll.
6. Have fun. the rulez arent TOO bad ;)
