I am cloud nine, and let's just say the view is
FAB-U-LOUS!!!! Oh ya, and this cloud has a goldenlining!!!!
What can I say? Jamie and David!!!! I jumped,
screamed, cried oh die I cry! Oh of the best moments
of my life, and to see it live, words fail me (believe
me doesn't happen often! What a night!!! They were
amazing! When they set up for the the side by side
triples I yelled BE THERE BABY!!! Somebody listened lol
B&S were amazing S&Z technically perfect they derserve
to be up there too! Kris and Kristy, wow! What a
move and to skate they way they did after the short, way to go!
The energy in the building was electrifying, the roof
went off the place! OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH CANADA!
After sitting in the arena for over 14 hours was a
treat to go to Skatefest. Outdoor event that occurs
each night after the skating. There's a big stage
with live music and a bunch of skating booths and
inter-active display, good place to meet and greet and
celebrate. The had a live medal ceremony of the
medals, where the skaters are presented with lovely
jackets. The Masters Of Ceremonies are Wing & Lowe.
They did a a nice job. Jamie spoke to the crowd.
They were beaming! Lovely firworks display. Ended the night with a bang.
I am soooooo tired but it's all worth it. Ladies
qualifying was good. No big surprises. Robinson
skated well. Bellmare had a few falls but qualifyed.
Thought Michelle Kwan looked injured she took ages to
take her place, but had a flawless skate. Maria B and
Slutskya were on form. High-light was Sarah Hughes,lovely in person.
Men's long today, going for the practise.
All I have to say is...I love Elvis and I don't care
what he finishes my heart will be with him. Can't
pick a winner, but if Plushy takes it....I will besmiling!!!
Hope they all skate well!
Fashion Fax Paus....hmmm no real baddies, ok can't
take white boot covers yuk P&T never look that great
in my opinion and as for Maria's hair.....Hello Vidal????
Celebs in the crowd...if Octavio is annouced one more
time I swear!!! Midori Ito for Japanese TV, Witt as
well. Jen Robinson sitting with her parents and W&L. Keeping my eyes peeled.
