What do I believe in ESL teaching...
Like it or not, English has become the lingua franca of our
global village. No matter what our native language is, we always choose English
to communicate with friends from different countries.
In that sense, I believe ESL teaching should be focused on
developing learners' communicative competence. One doesn't have to be prefect on
grammar or pronunciation to enjoy talking with people in English. Also, I
believe ESL courses should be student-centered. The role of?teacher is to
help students learn what they want to learn and how they can learn. They should
be the star in the ESL classroom.

technology in ESL teaching.
