How to insert a Picture inside a text File?

To insert a picture created in the HP (in the PICTURE screen) inside an already existent text file, follow the steps:

  1. First select the text file to which you want to insert a picture with the arrows keys [] and [¯] then press the [¬] (left arrow key) and you will enter to the PICTURE screen, in the top side you will see: "ENTER YOUR NEW PICTURE" and then you can proceed to draw your picture; after drawing your picture, subtract the picture to the stack: first mark one corner of your picture with the [x] (multiplication key) and then move the cursor to the diagonally opposite corner and press the [SUB] key which it's located in the third menu page of the [EDIT] menu inside PICTURE. After subtracting the picture to the Stack, press the [ON] key twice to return to the Browser.
  2.

  3. Press [VIEW], you will see the text file again, but you will also find the picture that you have just made at the bottom of the screen. And if you want to Edit/Modify the picture of your text file you can follow the same step 1 explained above.
  4.

  5. If you also want to change the position where the picture is at the moment, in the screen follow the step: being in the VIEW screen, enter to PICTURE screen by pressing the [¬] (left arrow key) and place the cursor in the position toward where you want to move the picture to and press the [ENTER] key and then the [ON] key twice. When executing [VIEW] again the picture will appear moved to the new position that you just entered!.

NOTE: In the chosen position, the left superior corner of the picture will be placed, so make sure that the picture is small enough to fit in the Screen!

When Using Pictures I Personally Recomend the Following Step:

If you want EDITOR PLUS to always calculate the centered position for your picture inside your text file, when changing the position of the picture, place the cursor in the left superior corner (0,0) and press the [ENTER] key and then the [ON] key twice, this will indicate the VIEWER to center the picture automatically without caring if you added or deleted text to your file.
