The foundation holds various events to raise funds. Let's take a quick look at some of the fundraisers, then let these people get back to work!
The annual variety concert

For the past three years, the foundation has organized an all-star concert with Howie as host. The concert features some of the top musical acts of the moment. Otown, 3LW, and Aaron Carter are a few who have performed at the event. One year, fans were treated to a solo concert by Howie himself, then a dinner with his family! At the most recent event, fans were given the opportunity to buy special "VIP" tickets, which included a meeting with Howie! At every event, attendees are able to bid on loads of cool stuff. Previous auctions have including a date with Howie, Backstreet Boys' tour outfits, and celebrity memorabilia. The event is fun for everyone and raises a lot of money for the foundation!

During the yearly lupus cruise, fans get the rare chance to sail with Howie and his family on a tropical vacation! The cruise features games, prizes, and a meet-n-greet, along with a concert by Howie and his sister Pollyanna.
