It’s now October and myself, along with Jessica have decided to take a semester off and not register again until the spring semester in January. I was enjoying my downtime in the main back of the tour bus, just listening to a new cd when I felt strong arms wrap around me. I turned to face the familiar blue eyes I loved so much.

“Hey baby,” I said, sliding the headphones from my ear.

“Hey sweetheart,” Nick replied, leaning down to kiss me. It was probably the hundredth time he had kissed me, but it still sent shivers of pleasure tingling down my spine. He began to kiss me harder and push me to a laying position on the couch.

“Whoa, a little frisky today aren’t we?” I asked, putting a finger to his lips and smiling.

“I love you,” He replied and leaned back down to kiss me again. But I was too fast. I quickly wiggled out from under him and stood up.

“Down boy, down!!” I yelled at him playfully. This was a normal routine. He thought it bothered me, but secretly....I loved it.

~~~Meanwhile

“Jess, stop it! I mean it Jessica, quit!” AJ screamed and squirmed as I continued to tickle him over and over. As you’ve probably figured out, my name Jessica and I had been happily dating AJ McLean. We were sitting on the far left of the couch, cuddled up in a big shawl and watching TRL. N’Sync had been number one and AJ snatched the remote and changed the channel just to aggravate me.

“What’s that? What are you trying to say?” I laughed not stopping. “I can’t understand you, Hon!”

“You heard me. I said STOP!” He grinned.

“Give it here.” I reached my hand out.

“What? You want this?” He held it up and them tossed it to a chair across the bus. I got up to get it, but he pulled my shirt, causing me to fall back on his lap.

“AJ come on. Let me go baby!”

“Hmmm, what will you give me?”

“Oh, I don’t know. I may give you a little something after the show tonight.” I smiled, sliding my hand down his chest to his belt and loosening it.

“Ohhh, Jess don’t start anything you can’t finish.”

“Don’t I always?” I smiled, kissing his lips.

“Okay, okay kids. Don’t be doing that stuff in an open area,” Brian teased, picking the remote up and flipping through the channels, while holding a bowl of Fruit Loops in the other hand.

“Hey, I was watching that,” AJ said.

“Well, it didn’t look like you were paying much attention to the tv to me, AJ,” Brian grinned.

“No, I suppose not,” He replied, kissing me again. “But that’s not the point.” I loosened AJ’s grip on me and stood up.

“Come on baby. Come lay down with me, I’m tired,” I said grabbing both of his hands and pulling him up from the couch. He wrapped his arms around my waist from behind and we made our way back to the bunks.

“Okay, kids. You two have fun,” Brain said loudly, stuffing another spoonful of cereal into his mouth.

Later that night, after the concert, we were all tired. Nick laid stretched out on the couch, while Courtney massaged his feet. Brian played video games and Howie watched from behind as he drank his tea that I had brought him for his throat. I sat on AJ’s lap next to Kevin and listened to Kevin sing a few verses that he had written. He was writing a song for his girlfriend, and as far as I had heard, it was beautiful. I listened quietly to the amazing words that he sang, and laid my head back against AJ’s chest and closed my eyes. He smoothed his hands through my long hair and kissed my forehead. I was soon sound asleep and AJ carried my helpless body to bed.

“What would I do without you?” Nick asked as I continued rubbing his feet.

“Have sore feet?” I replied sarcastically.

“Well, yea...that too. But I was thinking more along the lines that I would be extremely lonely without you here,” He smiled at me. One of those smiles that make you want to melt into a puddle. Suddenly I stopped.

“Hey!” Nick protested.

“Hey yourself, mister,” I told him. “You can’t look at me like that and get away with it.” I was sitting on one end of the couch and Nick was laying down with his feet in my lap. I pushed his feet aside and began to crawl down the couch until I was face to face with him.

“Oh yea,” He said with a mischievous grin on his face, “just what are you going to do about it?”

“This,” I replied as I put my lips over his and began to kiss him passionately. I felt his hands moving over my body as we continued kissing. Just when Nick was beginning to slide my shirt off, Brian walked into the room.

“Hey!! B-rok!” I yelled, pulling my shirt back over my head.

“Sorry!!” He apologized. “What is up with you horny people today?! At least go to your bunks for goodness sakes!!” Nick and I just looked at each other and laughed. It was hard not to. Brian sounded like my mom. “First Jess and AJ, now Courtney and Nick....” He continued mumbling to himself as he left the room.

“Come on,” I said, getting up and pulling Nick to the bunks. He leaned down and began kissing my neck. I giggled at the feel of his touch.

“Shhhh,” He whispered, as we climbed into the small bed and pulled the curtain closed. “Don’t you know people are trying to sleep?!”

“Not me!!” I whispered, pulling him on top of me as he engulfed me with his kisses.
