Denise said once she got out of Amy's car and they all arrived at Amy's apartment. <P> "Come on. We all have to do this together." Kevin said putting his arm around Denise's shoulder to give her encouragement. They all followed Amy up to the apartment. When they reached the door to the apartment Amy stopped them so she could tell them something first. <P> "Brenda come in with me and then when I call I want Denise to come in first, then the guys, then Theresa. Ok?" They all agreed and waited as Amy and Brenda went inside. <P> "AJ I need to talk to you. It's important." AJ appeared. <P> "I was waiting for you. Hello Brenda." <P> "Hi." Brenda said smiling. <P> "We brought some people with us to see you. It's been a long time since you've seen them but they've been wanting to see you." <P> "Are you ready to say your good byes?" Amy asked smiling. <P> "You did all this for me." AJ said looking at Amy with full respect and love. Tears welled up in Amy's eyes. <P> "Of course. Everything's just for you." <P> "I'll go get your mom." Brenda said exiting the room. AJ just looked at Amy and his eyes told her everything she needed to know. <P> "I'll leave you two alone." Amy said leaving the room as AJ's mom came in. Denise looked at her son unbelieving he was in front of him. <P> "Meho…my son." Is all Denise could say when she saw him. <P> "Mom it's ok." AJ said reassuring her that everything would be ok just how he did when the backstreet boys were just starting out. <P> "Baby how long have you been here? How come you didn't contact us earlier. Honey why are you still here? There's just so much I've been left out on. Why has this all happened?" Denise sat down on the bed for him to explain. AJ called for Amy. Amy came in quickly. <P> "Yes. AJ you called me." <P> "Yeah call the guys in. I know they're here. I can hear Kevin yelling at Nick to be quiet. I can't believe that after all these years they still argue. Well I think all of the guys should here this so bring them in please." <P> "Sure AJ. Be right back." Amy left and brought the guys in. She didn't bring AJ's ex-girlfriend back in. She decided that the girlfriend should be for later. The guys came in with wide eyes and open hearts ready for whatever AJ had to say. <P> "Mom…guys I've been here because I've never got to say goodbye the right way. I love you mom. Guys I love you. And I hope all the best for you. I don't want you to be guilty and I want you all to know you're always on my mind and in my heart." AJ stopped all of a sudden as Theresa entered the room. <P> "AJ! I'm so happy to see you." <P> "Get away from me!" AJ said backing up to the wall. <P> "What...you don't miss me?" <P> "Did you think I would after what you did to me." AJ said angry. <P> " AJ what's wrong?!?" Amy said getting in between Theresa and AJ. <P> "She's the crazed fan that killed me!" AJ yelled pointing his finger at Theresa. <P> "What!" Amy, Brenda, and Denise exclaimed in unison. <P> "We never said anything." Nick added. <P> "We kept our promise." Howie said looking down. <P> "We didn't say anything to her when we saw her at the airport." Brian said with a disgusted look. "It was so hard. I wanted to walk up to her and strangle her." <P> "What are you talking about! Somebody please explain this!" Amy said all confused. <P> "When I died…I never told or let the guys say who killed me. It was Theresa. I made them promise that they wouldn't say anything. I didn't want to hurt her because I loved her even though she shot me." <P> "I'm sorry AJ but it was my life or yours. They were going to kill me if I didn't kill you." <P> "You didn't have to play with my heart though. If you had told me what was going on I would have killed myself for you. That's how much I loved you! I would have died for you and you know what…I did die for you. And it meant nothing to you." <P> "Yeah well AJ I never made you fall in love with me. I never made you trust me. That was your fault." Theresa said looking evilly at AJ. "So don't blame it on me you bastard!" Amy punched Theresa out cold. <P> "Don't talk to him like that. It isn't his fault…it's yours. He loved you but you don't know what love really means, you b*tch." Amy commented actually to herself since Theresa was unconscious. AJ turned his attention back to his mom and the guys. <P> "I just wanted you guys to know I was wrong to make you promise not to tell the police it was Theresa. I break you from that promise. I know it must have killed you to keep your word and that brought on so much guilt to me. It's the main reason I couldn't leave. I needed to release you from your promise before I could move on. So guys go on and do what you have to do." The guys shook their head in agreeance to what they knew they would have to do. AJ then turned his attention to his mom. <P> "I love you mom. You know I have and I want to thank you for everything you've ever done for me. For bringing me up to be who I am, to getting my life straight, too plainly just giving birth to me. Thank you mom. I love you." AJ walked over to Amy. <P> "After I say goodbye to you it'll be time for me to leave." AJ looked into her eyes. "Thank you for this. Thank you for giving me a chance and thank you for allowing me to love you." <P> "What?" Amy asked shocked that he had said that. <P> "Yes, I love you. Don't be shocked. Because of you I've learned how to love again and if it wasn't for you I'd still have hate in my heart but you taught me how to let go, love, and forgive. Thank you." All of a sudden AJ felt light. "I think it's time." AJ commented looking up at a light that got brighter and brighter. It began to fill the room. He looked back at Amy. She had tears in her eyes. <P> "You promised me you'd never leave me. Remember?" Amy said looking into his eyes. AJ smiled at her. <P> "I'll always be in your heart." AJ said reaching out to wipe her tears. Then without expecting it he felt her warm cheek against his palm. Amy inhaled sharply feeling his touch for the first time. AJ placed his hand around Amy's neck and pulled her closer to him. Their lips touched for the first time and probably the last. He held on to her for as long as he could until he felt a tugging in his stomach. He pulled an inch away from her and leaned his forehead against hers. <P> "It's time." He whispered. He leaned in and whispered into Amy's ear. <P> "I love you…don't forget that. Keep dancing and make me proud my angel." AJ stepped back into the light that poured in from an unknown source from the ceiling. <P> "Goodbye…I love all of you. Guys take care of my mom and keep singing. Brenda thanks for being such a great friend. Take care of Amy for me. Goodbye guys." Amy watched as he began to vanish. <P> "AJ!" AJ reappeared and looked at her. She ran into his arms. He pulled her in close and smothered her with kisses. <P> "I love you AJ." Amy said stepping away from the light. <P> "I'll miss you." <P> "I love you to baby. Goodbye."
